Rosehip oil contains a high concentration of retinol (vitamin A) and vitamin C. Very rich in essential fatty acids: linolenic acid (omega-3), linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9). The rich composition of rosehip oil helps to improve the general condition of the body. The oil deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin. It is used for all skin types.

How to use : one teaspoon per day for adults before meals, dissolved in tea, water or juice. 1-2 teaspoons each in salad, vegetables and dishes.
